固相法具有设备简单，工艺成熟，便于操作等特点，被广泛的应用于企业生产和研究机构中，本文总结了近年来利用固相法制备ZrSnTiO4（以下简称ZST）系微波介质陶瓷的研究成果，展望了ZST的研究和应用前景。

Solid-phase method with simple equipment,mature technology,convenient operation,is widely used in production and research institutions,this article summarizes the recent use of solid-phase preparation ZrSnTiO4（hereinafter referred to as ZST）Department of Microwave Dielectric Ceramics research results and look forward to the ZST research and application prospects.
