干部网络测评系统是一套基于网络实现的B／S系统，采用当前主流技术和平台开发，并通过加密算法保证了数据安全性和私密性，服务器端负责数据复杂运算和逻辑处理，用户通过浏览器实现无记名测评操作，系统应用简单便捷，能有效减少干部考核工作中的人为因素和统计差错，提升消防部队干部考核、测评工作的透明度和效能。
