摘要
视频监控系统对于保障人们日常生活和生产安全具有重要意义，文章详细介绍了在VisualStudio2005平台下一套远程视频监控系统的设计与实现过程，该系统将传统的监控系统与现代网络技术以及多媒体技术有机的结合起来，具有一定的先进性与实用性。实验表明，该系统在监控终端能接收到流畅清晰的监控图像。
Video Surveillance System is of great significance,because it can protect people＇s daily life and production safety.This paper introduces the process of design and implementation of Video Surveillance system in Visual Studio 2005 platform. The Video Surveillance system combined with modem network technology and multimedia technologies has determinate advance and practicability.The experiments show that the system in the Client can receive a clear mellifluence monitoring image.
