为了满足执勤岗位全员练兵、消防监督执法技能、岗位资格等业务理论考试比武的要求，本着夯实官兵业务理论知识基础、提高单位时间学习效率、全速提升部队战斗力的原则，开发设计出基于B／S模式网上大练兵系统，能够实现考生信息管理、试题及答案管理、试卷随机生成、考试倒计时、计分评卷、考场时时监控、成绩分析研判等功能，支持简单随机组卷和高级随机组卷两种组卷模式，具备完善的数据安全管理和防作弊机制。现将系统的需求分析、设计理念以及实现方法等阐述如下。

In order to meet the requirement of the skills of fire services,qualifity of section and other requirements of business theory test contest,as the purpose of reinforce the foundation of, rise the propority of ervery time,hence the full speed of force fight, design and develop baise B/S modle of Online Examing System,which can realize manage examiners information,management of examinations and answers randomly generated papers,exaimation past time,account the scores of examiniations,examination,performance analysis of judgments and other functions,support two modules of examination random test paper including simple random examination and advanced abandont examination,have full system of security management and prevention.Now the system＇s requirement analysis,concept of design and implementation methods are described as below.
