酒店员工心理契约的学历差异分析 被引量:4

摘要 现代酒店人员流动率居高不下在很大程度上是由心理契约缺失所致。以"80后"酒店员工为研究对象,运用单因素方差分析方法,从学历的角度研究了"80后"酒店员工心理契约现状,最后根据所得结论提出"80后"酒店员工管理建议。
