摘要
建立了高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱(HPLC-ESI-MSn)法确定五指毛桃指纹图谱的方法.采用C18柱,水(A)-甲醇(B)溶液为流动相,梯度程序洗脱.4个产地的五指毛桃样品分离得到16个"共有峰",通过质谱鉴定出10种成分,通过样品"共有峰"含量及特征峰,以评价不同产地五指毛桃的优劣,并为五指毛桃药材的质量控制标准提供参考.
A method was developed for the fingerprint of Radix fici hirtae,by high performance liquid chromatography coupling electro-spray ionization-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-ESI-MS).A Hypersil C18 column was used for the separation,a water(A)-methanol(B) combination was used as the mobile phase through gradient elution.Sixteen common peaks were found in four batches of the herbal and 10 of the peaks were identified by MS.The results demonstrated that the method was feasible and the relative peak area(Sr) of the common peaks and characteristic peaks can be used to assess the quality of the herb from different places and may serve as a quality control method for Radix fici hirtae.
