Based on the survey on cyclic economy development in Guangyuan city, the paper analyzed and studied the achievements and experience, proposed that Guangyuan city should full play enterprises＂ central role and lay stress on the key field to promote cyclic economy＇s healthy development in Guangyuan city from cognition, policy and technology.
