超声提取华山松松针中莽草酸工艺优化 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]优选华山松松针中莽草酸超声提取法的最佳提取工艺。[方法]以莽草酸含量作为指标,考察了提取溶剂、超声功率、超声时间、料液比、超声温度、超声次数、原料粒度等对莽草酸提取率的影响,筛选出最佳的提取工艺。[结果]超声提取法的优化条件为:以重蒸水为提取溶剂,超声功率为200 W,超声时间75 min,料液比1∶60,超声温度60℃,超声次数2次,原料粒度为40目。在最佳工艺条件下,莽草酸提取率达36.651 2 mg/g。[结论]该优化条件可靠,适合华山松中莽草酸的提取。 [Objective] To establish the optimum preparative procedure for ultrasonic extracting shikimic acid from the pine needle of Pinus armandi.[Method]The optimum conditions of extraction process for shikimic acid from P.armandi were confirmed with the yield of shikimic acid as an index by investigating the effect of extraction solvent,extracting power,ratio of solid to liquid,extracting temperature,particle size,extraction time and extracting times.[Result]The optimum extracting conditions were as follows:extraction solvent of heavy steamed water,ultrasonic power of 200 W,extraction duration of 75 min,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶60,extraction temperature of 65 ℃ and extraction times of two.Under the optimal extraction process,extraction rate of shikimic acid from P.armandi reached as high as 36.651 2 mg/g.[Conclusion]The optimal ultrasonic extracting conditions were feasible and useful for extracting shikimic acid from P.armandi.
