摘要 [目的]从赤芍中提取并确定主要抑菌活性成分。[方法]采用乙醇溶液超声波提取、萃取、HP20树脂柱层析等工序处理赤芍,并将提取物对肺炎克雷伯菌、鲍曼不动杆菌和黏质沙雷氏菌采用液体2倍稀释法进行体外抑菌试验;用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪分析提取物的FTIR光谱。[结果]100%乙醇洗脱液对3种供试细菌的抑制效果最好,最小抑制浓度(MIC)分别为32.00、32.00和125.00 g/L;提取物与芍药苷标准品的红外光谱相似。[结论]芍药苷是赤芍的主要活性成分,具有明显的抑菌作用。 [Objective] To extract and determine the major antimicrobial active constituents from RADIX PAEONIAE RUBRA.[Method] The active constituents of RADIX PAEONIAE RUBRA was firstly prepared with 90% ethanol,refined with other chemicals and then purified with HP20 resin,and the in vitro antimicrobial effect of the two-fold dilution of extracts was experimented against Klebsiella pneumoniae ATCC 49790,Acinetobacter baumannii 36 and Serratia marcescens ATCC 14041.The FTIR spectra of the extracts were analyzed.[Result] The antimicrobial activity of the 100% elution extract of RADIX PAEONIAE RUBRA was the highest and the MICs were 32.00,32.00 and 125.00 g/L respectively;the FTIR spectra of the extracts was very similar to that of peoniflorin.[Conclusion] Peoniflorin was the main active constituents of RADIX PAEONIAE RUBRA,it had significant antimicrobial effect.
