摘要
[目的]建立一种简便、快捷测定竹叶兰中5种微量元素含量的方法。[方法]采用普通消解法对中草药竹叶兰进行消解,并在火焰原子吸收光谱仪器最佳工作条件下,测定Ca、Cu、Fe、Pd、Zn含量,并对其溶出率进行计算。[结果]竹叶兰原药中含有较丰富的Ca、Fe、Zn,含量分别为919.80、361.10、39.89μg/g;但经水煎后Ca、Fe溶出率较低。[结论]电热板温火消解法处理竹叶兰,设备简单,操作简便,消解完全,是微量元素测定的一种较好的方法。
[Objective] To establish an easy and rapid method to determining the content of five trace elements in HERBA MURDANNIAE DIVERGENTIS.[Method] The contents and dissolved rates of Ca,Cu,Fe,Pd and Zn in HERBA MURDANNIAE DIVERGENTIS were determined by flame atomic adsorption spectrometry after normal digestion.[Result] HERBA MURDANNIAE DIVERGENTIS was very rich in Ca,Fe and Zn,their contents were 919.80,361.10 and 39.89 μg/g respectively;but the dissolved rates of Ca and Fe from the decoction were very low.[Conclusion] The digestion method with platen heater was characterized by simple equipment,easy operation and complete digestion,therefore it was one of the best methods to determining the trace elements.
