不同溶剂提取毛冬青叶挥发油的成分的GC-MS分析 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]研究毛冬青叶的挥发性成分含量及其利用价值,探讨不同溶剂回流提取毛冬青叶中的挥发性成分的差异。[方法]分别用石油醚、氯仿提取毛冬青叶挥发性成分,以GC-MS联用技术对化学成分进行分离鉴定。[结果]毛冬青叶挥发油主要含有烃类、内酯类、脂肪酸、烯醇、苯丙素类等成分。其中相对含量较高为:异丁香油酚(28.967%)、二十烷(8.735%)、十九烷(8.225%)、二十四烷(7.929%)、邻苯二酸-(2-乙基)己酯(7.161%)、十八烷(6.380%)。以石油醚为溶剂提取苯丙素类成分优于氯仿,而提取饱和烃及脂肪酸时,以氯仿为溶剂效果更佳。[结论]毛冬青叶挥发油具有良好的应用价值,研究其挥发油化学成分及其含量为毛冬青叶的综合开发利用提供了一定的理论依据。 [Objective]To discuss the variation of components content of Ilex pubescens Hook.et leaf volatile oil extracted by petroleum ether and chloroform,and to discuss its utilization value.[Method] The volatile oil from leaf of Ilex pubescens Hook.et was extracted by petroleum ether and chloroform,respectively.The compounds were analyzed by GC-MS.[Result] The essential oil from leaf of Ilex pubescens Hook.et were rich in hydro carbons,esters,fatty acids,olefinic alcohol and phenolic compounds.The compounds with relative higher content were:(E)-2-methoxy-4-(1-propenyl)-Phenol(28.967%),eicosane(8.735%),nonadecane(8.225%),tetracosane(7.929%),1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid,mono(2-ethylhexyl) ester(7.161%) and octadecane(6.380%).When extracted phenylpropanoid constituents,petroleum ether was the better extracting solvent,but extracted saturated hydrocarbon and fatty acid,chloroform was more favorable.[Conclusion] The essential oil from leaf of Ilex pubescens Hook.et showed high application value,and this work provided theoretical basis for the comprehensive utilization of the essential oil from leaf of Ilex pubescens Hook.et.
