摘要
[目的]测定野生水芹及其生长土壤中重金属含量,并分析两者的关系。[方法]从苏州和无锡所在的太湖地区采样,用等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP)对样品中重金属进行分析,并研究野生水芹中重金属与土壤中含量的相关性。[结果]土壤样品只有Pb含量符合土壤环境质量标准(GB15618-1995)中2级土壤的要求,Cd、Cr、As、Ni含量均超标;水芹样品中Cd、Cr、As、Ni和Pb均未检出。除野生水芹茎叶中Mn含量与土壤中含量关系显著(-0.96)外,其余金属含量相关性不大。[结论]太湖地区土壤存在重金属污染现象,但水芹样可以采食。
[Objective] To determine content of heavy metal in wild cress and its growing soil,so as to analyze the relationship between the two.[Method] The samples were collected from Taihu located in Suzhou and Wuxi,and the content of heavy metal was determined by ICP,followed by the correlation analysis.[Result] Among soil samples,only Pb content reached the rank 2 soil requirement ruled in Environmental Quality Standard for Soils(GB15618-1995).Cd,Cr,As,Ni and Pb were not detected in wild cress.Contetn of Mn in stem and leaf of wild cress showed significant correlation with that in soil(-0.96).[Conclusion] The soil of Taihu was polluted by heavy metal slightly,but the wild cress was edible.
