黑龙江省森林灾害分析与安全预警研究

Research on Forest Disaster Analysis and Security Forewarning in Heilongjiang Province

从黑龙江省的实际情况出发,根据1996~2009年的统计数据,对森林病虫鼠害、火灾以及其他森林灾害进行了分析,运用层次分析法以及德尔菲法构建了黑龙江省森林灾害安全警示指标体系以及森林灾害安全预警指数,并划分了安全警度等级,进而对黑龙江省森林灾害的程度进行了探讨。

Starting from the actual situation of Heilongjiang Province,according to statistical data during 1996-2009,pest and rodent disease,fire accident and other forest disaster were analyzed.The security alarm index system of forest disasters and pre-alarming system index of Heilongjiang Province were established by making use of AHP and the Delphi method.The security alarm grade were also divided,then the degree of forest disasters of Heilongjiang Province were discussed.
