Research Advance in the Corn Lethal Necrosis

玉米致死性坏死病是由2种病毒协生作用产生的。目前仅在玉米植株上有相关报道,被我国列入进境植物检疫性有害生物名录。从生物学特性、检测方法和防治等方面对相关病毒作了阐述。我国相关部门应尽快建立相关病毒快速、准确和有效的检测方法,保障我国农业生产安全。

Corn lethal necrosis（CLN or Maize lethal necrosis,MLN） is produced by two kinds of viruses by synergic action.Currently,only reported on maize.It is an important entry-exit inspection and quarantine object of China.We reviewed it from the aspects of biological characteristics,detection means and methods of prevention and control.Relevant departments shall set up fast,accurate and effective method for the detection of related virvses to ensure the safety of agricultural production in China.
