三苯基锡和五氯酚对斑马鱼急性毒性作用和过氧化物酶活性的影响 被引量:11

摘要 [目的]研究三苯基锡(TPT)和五氯酚(PCP)对斑马鱼过氧化物酶(POD)活性的影响,探讨TPT和PCP对斑马鱼的毒性作用。[方法]以斑马鱼为受试生物,采用半静态法对斑马鱼进行驯养和试验,测定TPT和PCP对斑马鱼的LC50、联合毒性作用类型和对POD活性的影响。[结果]TPT和PCP对斑马鱼的96 hLC50分别为12.313和61.195μg/L,毒性顺序为TPT>PCP。TPT和PCP暴露1 d胁迫斑马鱼POD为诱导-抑制效应,暴露7 d胁迫斑马鱼POD为抑制效应。且暴露1 d和暴露7 d酶活性变化均显著。[结论]TPT和PCP为剧毒物质,TPT和PCP联合作用类型为协同作用;TPT和PCP单一胁迫斑马鱼POD活性变化显著,可为有机物污染对水生生物毒性机理研究提供参考。 [Objective] The effect of TPT and PCP on peroxidase(POD) activity in zebra fish was studied,and the toxic effect of TPT and PCP on zebra fish was discussed.[Method] The LC50 of TPT and PCP and the joint action of TPT-PCP to zebra fish were studied using zebra fish by semi-static method test.The toxic effects of TPT and PCP on peroxidase(POD) were discussed.[Result] The results showed that the 96 h-LC50 of TPT and PCP were 12.313 and 61.195 μg/L,respectively.The toxicity order of them was TPTPCP.Effects of TPT and PCP stress on POD in zebra fish were induction-inhibition at 1 d,effects of TPT and PCP stress on POD in zebra fish were inhibition at 7d.The enzyme activities were changed markedly significantly at from 1 d to 7 d.[Conclusion] TPT and PCP were high toxic substances.The type of joint effect of TPT-PCP had synergistic effect.TPT and PCP single stress on POD enzyme activities in zebra fish changed significantly.The study could provide the reference for the organic pollution on the aquatic organisms' toxicity mechanism.
