摘要
脊椎动物的血管发育过程主要分为血管发生和血管生成,前者是由成血管细胞聚集形成轴向血管的过程,后者是在已经形成的血管主干上长出新分支的过程。通过对斑马鱼进行研究发现,动静脉的分化过程存在2种分化模式并且受到多种信号途径的影响。探讨了动静脉形成过程和Shh、VEGF、Notch以及Flt4/PI3K信号通路在血管发育过程中对动静脉分化的影响,以期获得潜在的治疗心血管疾病的靶标。
The vertebrate vascular development consists of two processes:vasculogenesis and angiogenesis.The former is to form the axial vessl by de novo aggregation of free angioblasts,the later is the sprouting from preexisting vessels.Work in zebrafish has led to two models and a hierarchical arrangement of many signaling molecules that determine arterial and venous specification.We discussed the Shh,VEGF,Notch and Flt4/PI3K signaling to elucidate the functional role of these genetic determinants of blood vessel specification,which will allow for potential new therapeutic targets for vascular disorders.
