摘要
在对目前寒地黑土农产品流通现状及存在的法律问题进行调研分析的基础上,提出了加强寒地黑土农产品流通法律保障的对策。
Based on the investigation of the status and existing legal guarantee problems of agricultural products circulation in cold and black soil area,some measures are proposed to strengthen the legal guarantee.
