基于MSP430单片机的生物质燃料常温成型机控制系统的设计

Design of the Auto-control System of Biomass Briquette Machine Based on MSP430 MCU

采用MSP430单片机为主控芯片,开发了一套生物质燃料常温成型机的自动控制系统,可将目前的液压手动阀控制作业方式转变为自动控制方式。介绍了以MSP430单片机为主控芯片的硬件电路图设计,以及基于该硬件的相关软件编程的方案,并通过调试电路板的测试,完成了该控制系统的制作。该系统在模拟环境下工作稳定,可实现预期功能。

This article apply the MSP430 microcontroller chip to the design of auto-control system of biomass briquette machine,that changing the operation way from hydraulic pressure manual control to programmable automatic control.The schematic design of hardware board which use MSP430 microcontroller as the master chip and the method of software programming are introduced.The system is finished with testing successfully.It worked stably in a simulating environment,all expected functions are realized.
