摘要
从宝鸡市市级气象科技服务发展项目入手,通过分析"12121"声讯电话、手机气象短信、气象影视及专业气象服务的发展现状和存在的问题,提出相应的改进对策,进而对宝鸡气象科技服务适应宝鸡市"十二五"发展规划、取得明显社会和经济效益进行积极探索。
According to the analysis of conditions and issues of the number 12121 voice phone,mobile weather reporting messages,meteorological movie advertisements and professional meteorological service,this paper gives some good suggestions on making active researching for adapting the development project of the 12th-Five-Year plan and getting the socioeconomic performance.
