毕业论文(设计)是本科生培养计划中的一个重要教学环节,其质量的下降不容忽视。从管理和教学环节出发,在现有教学模式的基础上,提出毕业论文(设计)管理及教学环节体制改革的一系列措施:进一步细化毕业论文(设计)管理规范、制定多元化的毕业论文(设计)形式、优化毕业论文(设计)的选题机制与策略、完善本科毕业论文(设计)的评价保障体系、进一步加强管理改善毕业论文(设计)的教学基本条件、加强教学环节的体制改革,将毕业论文(设计)环节延伸到教学实践中去等。只有从体制上着手规范,才能使学生在现有的环境和条件下积极、轻松地完成高质量的毕业论文(设计)。

As an important teaching link in training program for undergraduate students,graduation thesis（design） is declining in quality in recent years.Based on management,teaching link and the existing teaching modes,this paper analyses the causes of decline in quality of the graduate design（thesis） especially in management and teaching link,and proposes a series of reform measures to change the current situation without changing the training program for undergraduate students.Only the standards in the system can make graduates complete high-quality graduation thesis（design） actively and easily in the existing conditions.
