临床护理人员对髋关节骨性关节炎(OA)疼痛认知状况调查研究

INVESTIGATION OF CLINICAL NURSES ON THE KNOWLEDGE RELATED TO HIP OSTEOARTHRITIS PAINS

目的:了解临床护理人员对髋关节骨性关节炎(OA)引起疼痛部位护理相关知识认知状况,探讨如何更好发挥护理人员在髋关节OA引起疼痛部位处理中的作用。方法:采用自行设计的问卷对128名临床医护人员:进行髋关节OA引起疼痛部位相关知识的认知状况,做出综合评分。结果:护理人员对髋关节OA引起疼痛的护理的理解的相关知识的认知率不高;不同科室及职称背景的护理人员对髋关节OA引起疼痛的护理的理解程度方面有差异(P<0.01)。结论:髋关节OA引起疼痛部位治疗和新进展等相关知识在护理人员中普及率不高,不同科室、背景是影响护理质量重要因素之一,提高髋关节OA疼痛护理的认知水平根本在于加强髋关节OA引起疼痛治疗及相关知识的宣传和普及。

Objective： To learn recognition of the knowledge related to hip osteoarthritis pains in clinical nurses and explore method to bring them into full play of positive role in dealing with osteoarthritis pains. Methods： 128 nurses were investigated of knowledge on osteoarthritis pain with self-designed question- naire. Results： Recognition rate of knowledge related to osteoarthritis pain of clinical nurses was rather low in general. The result showed significant difference in different department of nurses （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Knowledge related to the curing principles and new improvements are not so popular among nurses ; different backgrounds and departments are most important factors affecting the quality of nursing. The fundamental points of raising the rate of recognition of osteoarthritis pains are strengthen the propa- ganda and pervasion of knowledge of osteoarthritis pains.
