运用“减权法”实现中医“证素”辨证的初步探索

Use of "Reduction of Rights" To Achieve Symptom Differentiation of Symptom Factors Preliminary Exploration

中医诊病主要依靠望、闻、问、切等直观方法,存在着一定的模糊性、随意性和不确定性。为尽量减少中医辨证过程中的主观性、直觉性,提高客观性和准确性,本文在辨证要素的权重分配上提出了"减权法",通过对各个证素权值的数量化计算,建立统一的辨证规范,以实现中医辨证的客观化。本研究在中医证候量化和客观化研究方面进行了方法学上的有益探索,为中医证候的标准化、客观化研究提供了新思路。

TCM consultation rely mainly on visualized methods of observation,listening,interrogation,and pulse-taking,there is a certain fuzziness,randomness and nondeterminacy.In order to minimize subjectivity and Intuition,improve the objectivity and accuracy in the process of TCM,This text proposed in the weight distribution,by the weight of Symptom factors quantificational calculation,establish a unified specification of Symptom differentiation,to achieve the objectify of Symptom differentiation.Methodology of this study was to explore the beneficial In TCM terms of quantification and objectivity,for the standardization of TCM,the objective of the study provides a new idea.
