血府逐瘀汤治疗乙肝后肝硬化疗效观察

Effective Observation on Treating Hepatitic Cirrhosis with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction

[目的]观察血府逐瘀汤治疗乙肝后肝硬化的临床疗效。[方法]选择了36例病例,治疗组22例采用血府逐瘀汤治疗,对照组14例口服肝泰乐、维生素C、维生素E保肝治疗。[结果]治疗组总有效率90.91%,对照组总有效率57.15%。[结论]血府逐瘀汤治疗肝炎后肝硬化疗效显著。

[Objective]To observe the clinical efficacy of treating hepatitic cirrhosis with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction.[Method]Selected 36 cases,the treatment group,22 cases were Xuefu Zhuyu decoction treatment,control group 14 cases of oral Glucurolactone,vitamin C,vitamin E liver treatment.[Results]Treats the group total effectiveness 90.91%,control group total effectiveness 57.15%.[Conclusion]Treating hepatitic cirrhosis with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction gets a good effect.
