摘要
[目的]观察中西医结合治疗失代偿期肝硬化的疗效。[方法]以自拟鼓胀1、2号方为主,配合西药保肝、利尿等疗法,治疗失代偿期肝硬化65例。[结果]总有效率83.08%。腹水消退率67.69%。[结论]中西医结合治疗失代偿期肝硬化具有肯定的疗效。
[Objective]To observe the effect of treating decompensated cirrhosis in the integrative medicine.[Methods]A self 1,2 bulging side mainly with the western medicine liver,diuretic and other therapy,treatment failure on behalf of the 65 cases of patients with chronic liver cirrhosis.[Results]Total effectiveness 83.08%.Ascites retrogression rate 67.69%.[Conclusion]Treating decompensated cirrhosis in the integrative medicine get a good effect.
