针灸与心理疏导结合治疗脑梗死心理抑郁的研究

Acupuncture Combined with Psychological Counseling for The Treatment of Patients with Cerebral Infarction Research and Analysis of Psychological Depression

[目的]探讨针灸治疗对脑梗死患者的心理状态的影响,为脑梗死患者的心理状态和脑梗死患者的临床心理护理提供依据。[方法]采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS),对50例脑梗死患者(对照组20例,实验组30例)进行调查,结果进行统计分析,并进行护理干预的实验。[结果]50例,焦虑自评量表>50分者17例(38.60%)、抑郁自评量表的分数>50分23例(47.10%),护理干预SAS和SDS得分之前和之后的这些差别在统计上是显著的(P<0.05,P<0.01),两组SAS和SDS差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。[结论]通过针灸治疗脑梗塞引起由于焦虑和抑郁常见的心理障碍,有积极的作用,可促进患者早日康复。

[Objective]To study acupuncture treatment for patients with cerebral infarction psychological state of influence,for patients with cerebral infarction psychological state of the effects for patients with cerebral infarction clinical psychological nursing,provides the basis.[Methods]Using anxiety self rating scale（SAS） and depression self rating scale（SDS）,in 50 cases in patients with cerebral infarction and control group,（20 cases,30 cases） were investigated,the results are statistically analyzed,and the experimental group perform nursing intervention.[Results]50 cases,anxiety self rating scale 50 points scored 17 cases who（38.60%）,depression self rating scale score 50 points of 23 cases（47.10%） group nursing intervention SAS and SDS score before and after these differences are statistically significant（P0.05,P0.01）,2 groups of SAS and SDS difference also was statistically significant（P0.05,P0.01）.[Conclusion]Through the acupuncture treatment for due to cerebral infarction cause anxiety and depression common psychological obstacles,have a positive effect to facilitate patients to recover as soon as possible.
