添加脂肪酸钙对绵羊采食量和营养物质表观消化率的影响

Effects of Supplying Fatty Acid Calcium in Sheep Dietary on Intake and Apparent Digestibility of Nutrient

目的研究添加亚麻油脂肪酸钙和鱼油脂肪酸钙后对绵羊采食量和营养物质表观消化率影响.方法将15只体重相近(30.2±2.2)kg的杂交公羔羊按单因素随机设计原理分成3组,每组5只,分别饲喂基础日粮、基础日粮添加40 g/d亚麻油脂肪酸钙、基础日粮添加40 g/d鱼油脂肪酸钙的日粮进行消化试验.结果添加40 g/d脂肪酸钙不会影响绵羊对干物质的进食量(P>0.05),不影响试验羊对干物质(DM)、有机物(OM)、粗蛋白(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)的消化率(P>0.05),但在一定程度上能提高试验羊对这些物质的消化率.ADF的消化率明显较低(P<0.05),NDF的消化率不受影响(P>0.05),但有降低的趋势.试验组间的采食量及营养物质消化率差异不显著(P>0.05).结论日粮添加40 g/d脂肪酸钙不会影响到绵羊对营养物的摄入量和DM、OM、CP、EE的表观消化率,但会不同程度降低纤维类物质的表观消化率.

Objective Effects of supplying fatty acid calcium in sheep dietary on intake and apparent digestibility of nutrient were studied by digestion trial.Methods 15 doset-crossbred lambs divided into 3 groups,with an initial live weight of 30.2±2.2 kg,were randomly allotted to feed one of three diets of basal diet,basal diet supplying 40 g/d flax oil fatty acid calcium or basal diet supplying 40 g/d fish oil fatty acid calcium.Results The intake of DM was not affected compared with the control（P0.05）.There was no significant difference in apparent digestibility of DM,OM,CP and EE compared with the control（P0.05）and digestibility of nutrient improved to a certain extent.The apparent digestibility of ADF significantly decreased compared with the control（P0.05）.There was no significant difference in apparent digestibility of NDF（P0.05）and there was a depressing trend.No difference in intake and apparent digestibility of nutrient were found among the treatments（P0.05）.Conclusion 40 g/d fatty acid calcium added to basal diet has no significant effect on the intake of DM and apparent digestibility of DM,OM,CP,and EE.However it may lead to decrease of apparent digestibility of fiber.
