后路经椎弓根内固定结合椎体成形术治疗老年胸腰段脊柱骨折临床观察 被引量:21

摘要 目的探讨应用后路椎弓根内固定结合椎体成形术治疗老年人胸腰段脊椎骨折的临床疗效。方法采用后路经椎弓根内固定结合椎体成形术治疗25例老年胸腰段脊柱骨折患者,术后进行随访分析。结果 25例患者均获随访,随访期内无内固定松动、断裂,患者伤椎高度恢复良好,椎间隙高度基本恢复,椎弓根螺钉位置均良好。结论后路经椎弓根内固定结合椎体成形术治疗老年人胸腰椎骨折,能恢复伤椎完整形态和固有的力学强度,值得临床推广使用。
