摘要
以格列齐特和盐酸二甲双胍为阳性对照药物,研究枇杷叶三萜酸提取物对正常小鼠空腹血糖值的影响、对正常小鼠经口葡萄糖和淀粉耐受的影响以及对糖尿病小鼠血糖的影响。结果与格列齐特相比(100 mg/kg),枇杷叶三萜酸提取物对正常小鼠的空腹血糖无明显影响(P>0.05);与格列齐特(100 mg/kg)相比,枇杷叶三萜酸提取物对四氧嘧啶所致高血糖模型小鼠的血糖值的抑制效果不明显(P>0.05);枇杷叶三帖酸粗提物(CTAL,400 mg/kg)对正常小鼠空腹灌胃葡萄糖后的血糖上升有明显的抑制作用(P<0.01),抑制效果与盐酸二甲双胍(100 mg/kg)相当,而枇杷叶科罗索酸(CAL)对此抑制活性不明显(P>0.05);枇杷叶三帖酸粗提物(CTAL,400 mg/kg)对正常小鼠空腹灌胃淀粉后的血糖上升有较强的抑制作用(P<0.01),抑制效果强于盐酸二甲双胍(100 mg/kg),而枇杷叶科罗索酸(CAL,400 mg/kg和100 mg/kg)也显示较好抑制作用(P<0.05)。枇杷叶提取物体现出较好的控制餐后血糖的活性且不对正常机体的血糖值造成影响,具有开发成减肥产品或相关药物的良好的前景。
To investigate typoglycemic activity with triterpene acid extracted from loquat leaf. Using gliclazide and metformin hydrochloride as the positive control, the influences of loquat leaf triterpenic acids extracts (LTAE) on fasting blood glucose levels of normal mice were investigated; the influences of LTAE on glucose and starch tolerance of normal taken orally and the influences of LTAE on blood glucose levels of diabetic mice were all investigated. Compared with glielazide (100 mg/ kg, P 〈0. 01), crude triterpenic acids from loquat leaf (CTAL) and corosolic acid from loquat leaf (CAL) have no effect on fasting blood glucose levels of normal mice; CTAL(400 mg/kg) can inhibit obviously the blood glucose rising after administrating glucose to fasting normal mice by i. g. , it has equal effect with metformin hydmchloride. However, for CAL, this inhibiting effect is not obviousl;CTAL (400 mg/kg) can inhibit significantly the blood glucose rising after administrating starch to fasting normal mice by i. g. , even stronger than metformin hydrochloride. CAL can inhibit this obviously too; Compared with glielazide (100mg/kg, P %0. 01), CTAL and CAL show no effect on blood glucose levels of diabetic mice. Loquat leaf extracts have a good control activity of postprandial blood glucose while they dont affect the normal glucose level So we can say that these extracts have a good prospect of being developed into weight-loss products or related drugs.
