新型“超级细菌”特性及其抗菌药研究进展

Progress in Studies on Characteristic of New "Superbug" and the Research and Development of New Anti-bacteria Drugs

2010年8月英国医学期刊《柳叶刀传染病》杂志报道,在印度、巴基斯坦发现新型"超级细菌",随后,欧洲和亚洲也相继报道了感染病例,且传播全球。最近,在细菌群体中出现耐药基因的传播,从而再度引起了科学家们的密切关注。文章综述了新型"超级细菌"的特性,受其感染的临床用药及新抗菌药物的研究开发进展。新抗菌药物的开发将为新型"超级细菌"感染的治疗开拓广阔的前景。

The ＂Journd Lancet Infectious Diseases＂ reported a new ＂superbug＂ found in India and Pakistan in August, 2010. Then some diseases were reported in Europe and Asia, and it spread globally. In the recent past, spreading and diversifying of NDM- 1 gone among bacterial populations have been found. So scientists gaive close attention to it again. In this paper, progress on the studies of characteristics of new ＂superbug＂, clinical treatment and research development of new antibacteria drugs are reviewed. The development of new anti-bacteria drugs will open up broad prospects for the therapy of infection by new ＂superbug＂.
