淮北平原主要农作物涝渍灾害损失评估研究 被引量:7

摘要 针对淮北平原除涝减灾综合治理与规划中缺乏主要农作物受涝损失调查与评估基础资料的实际问题,于2010年9月初区域降雨成灾之际,对受涝区进行主要农作物受涝经济损失调查。依据实地调研成果,通过综合统计分析推求了不同耕地类型不同暴雨强度下的受涝损失率,在此基础上实现了对淮北平原受涝经济损失的合理评估。 In accordance with the actual problem that lacks basic data for the investigation and evaluation of the losses of the main crops from waterlogging for the comprehensive control of waterlogging within Huaibei Plain and making the relevant planning, an investigation on the economic losses of the main crops from waterlogging in the waterlogged region is made during the flood disaster caused by a heavy rainfall therein in early September 2010. Based on the result from an in - situ investigation, the waterlogging loss ratio of different types of lands under different storm intensities is calculated herein through a comprehensive statistical analysis. On this basis, the reasonable assessment on the economic losses of the main crops in Huaibei Plain from waterlogging disaster is realized at last.
