制度有效性是世界各国高校学术诚信制度建设中所要解决的重要问题。美国高校学术诚信制度建设不仅起步早,并且在实践中取得了较好的效果。故本文拟从影响制度有效性的内、外因素入手,对美国高校学术诚信制度及其实施进行深入分析,旨在为我国高校完善大学生学术诚信制度建设提供借鉴。

A valid system for ensuring academic integrity is what universities throughout the world crave for.In this respect,American colleges and universities not only started early,but have also reaped very good results.This paper attempts to probe into the internal and external factors leading to effective academic integrity management of U.S.colleges and universities and offers an in-depth analysis of the system and its implementation,with the aim of prompting improvement in our institutional construction to ensure academic integrity.
