摘要
秀观水电站原来的调速器系统由HGS-E222型微机调速器电气柜和HGS-H2431全液机械柜组成。运行多年来,逐渐暴露出调速器油压装置油泵启动频繁、并网后负荷波动大、空载转速不稳定、调速器无法稳定运行等问题。为保证机组安全稳定运行,更换了全部主配压阀机械部分和电气部分,将机械控制柜布置在调速器回油箱上,改造后效果较好。
The original governing system of Xiuguan Hydropower Station consists ol two parts ot Hb3-e,Zz2 microcomputer electrical control and HGS-H2431 hydraulic mechanical control. There are problems in the operation of governing system, such as frequent-starting oil pump, larger load fluctuation, instable no-load speed and unstable operation. To ensure the safe and stable operation, the electrical and mechanical controls of main distributing valve are replaced, and the mechanical control cabinet is arranged on the oil return tank. The operation shows that the modification is feasible.
