摘要
Elastix是一款以Asterisk PBX(Private Branch eXchange,专用分组交换机)为内核,构建统一通信系统的开源软件平台。它可选择不同通信组件进行组合,实现可定制的解决方案。本文研究了Elastix的结构、功能,并在Elastix的基础上结合协同工作环境套件Duckling构建了统一通信系统。该系统实现了VOIP(Voice Over Internet Protocol,网络电话)、语音信箱、网络传真等功能。实践证明,节省了通信费用,提高了办公效率,取得了一定的社会和经济效益。
Elastix is an open source software platform to build unified communications system.It can customize solutions by configuring different communication components.After being researched the structure and functionalities of Elastix,an unified communications system is built based on Elastix and Duckling.It implemented the functions of VOIP,voice mail,network fax,etc.
