This paper discussed the symptom and charactrestics of hydraulic system faults on the different stage;and the resolving process,the nomal Hydraulic System faults diagnosis knowledge and method.Usually,there are two important methods： the subjective method and the external nethod,and also point out records should be ketp well.Hydraulic System fault analysis and solution need mainenance men use the hydraulic knowledge,experience,and problem resolving method and new teachnology to get good mainenance result.
