摘要
行人保护碰撞测试系统是一种标准的测试平台,通过测试得出相关的汽车部件对人体的伤害系数。本文以行人保护测试系统发射装置为研究对象,简要介绍其工作流程、冲击气缸的原理,着重研究了其控制气路、电路的设计,并使用FluidSIM仿真软件进行虚拟搭建以及功能验证。
Pedestrian protection test system is a standard test platform.Pedestrian injury coefficient of vehicle can be obtained during these tests.This paper mainly study the pedestrian protection test system launcher and impact pneumatic cylinder in terms of a brief description of working principles,and focused on the realization of their control circuits,using the FluidSIM for virtual structures functional verification.
