摘要
本文结合工厂机油泵失效模式的研究项目,较为透彻完整地阐述了工厂设计部门和工程部门在机油泵失效模式中应用PFMEA和FTA手法的基本方法,阐明了通过FTA分析和掌握机油泵关键零件—弹簧及其组件失效模式之间的逻辑关系,进而通过PFMEA手法以重要度区分的形式找到优先解决机油泵质量隐患的次序。同时论述了PFMEA和FTA之间的密切联系和解决质量事故的优化分析方法。通过具体案例分析,证明FMEA和FTA方法解决质量问题效果显著,对指导同类产品设计具有指导意义。
