摘要
以高速调速型液力偶合器为研究对象,重点对油路控制系统研究和分析,解决油路控制关键技术和基本参数,实现静动态特性优选,透过油路控制的常见故障及实例分析,提出对应的防范措施,使开发制造出液力偶合器性能更稳定的控制系统,更符合产品要求。
High-speed variable speed fluid coupling as the research object,focus on research and analysis of oil control system,control of key technologies to solve oil and basic parameters,static and dynamic optimization,through the oil control and examples of common failure analysis,the corresponding preventive measures to develop and manufacture the hydraulic coupling control system more stable,more meet the product requirements.
