摘要
INBA法是一种新型高炉炉渣处理技术。它从PW公司引进,该工艺布局紧凑、可连续过滤排渣。INBA把废渣进行适当处理,实现了炉渣的再次利用。INBA法核心设备是脱水转鼓。INBA的驱动方式为闭式液压系统驱动低速大扭矩液压马达,并经过链条来带动转鼓旋转。此文主要介绍了闭式液压系统在INBA中的应用及原理。同时结合工艺阐述了变量泵的控制原理。
INBA method is a new type of blast furnace slag processing technology.It introduced from PW company.Its technology is compact.INBA can continuous filtering.INBA put waste residue which is dealing by appropriate methods.It realizes slag by again.INBA＇s core equipment is drum.INBA＇s driving way is closed hydraulic system which drives hydraulic motor which have low-speed big torque.Motor through the chain to drive the drum rotating.This paper mainly introduces application and principle of the closed hydraulic system on INBA.Meanwhile combine craft expounds the control principle of the variable pump.
