摘要 介绍了纸张涂布颜料使用纳米氧化铝的现状,指出了目前纳米氧化铝在使用过程中存在的稳定分散问题,这是限制其在涂布纸范畴得到广泛应用的最重要原因,并指出在配制涂料前对纳米氧化铝进行改性是解决其稳定分散问题的根本途径。重点介绍了纳米氧化铝改性的定义、目的以及方法,综述了目前国内外研究学者对纳米氧化铝改性的研究进展;提出了纳米氧化铝颜料偶联剂改性的方法,为涂布纸在今后的发展过程中更加合理地应用纳米氧化铝颜料提供了依据。 The present status of the nanometer alumina used for the coated paper was described. At the same time, the problem of unstable dispersion of nano alumina is the main restriction during application. The best solution is to modify the nanometer alumina before coating. The paper was focused on the definition, purpose and methods of nanometer alumina modification. The progress of nanometer alumina modification at home and abroad was reviewed. A method of nanometer alumina modification with coupling agent was suggested, providing a theoretical based for the reasonable application of nanometer alumina coating pigment on coating paper industry in the future.
