Classic pseudopelade of Brocq:a report of four cases

报告4例经典型Brocq假性斑秃。4例患者均表现为散在的绿豆至花生米大脱发斑,表面轻度萎缩凹陷。实验室及组织病理检查排除了斑秃、盘状红斑狼疮等疾病,皮损免疫组化染色显示早期病变累及皮脂腺,提示可能通过免疫性损伤诱导干细胞凋亡而引发永久性脱发。

Four cases of classic pseudopelade of Brocq are reported. All of the four cases presented with small, discrete, atrophic alopecic patches. Other alopecic diseases such as alopecia areata and discoid LE were excluded by laboratory and pathological examinations were excluded laboratory and pathological examinations. Immunohistochemistry of the lesions showed sebaceous glands were involved in the early stage, suggesting the stem cell apoptosis imtuced by immunologic injury which caused permanent alopecia.
