系统性红斑狼疮患者脱发表现的初步观察 被引量：5

摘要 脱发是系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）常见的临床表现之一，其发生率为17．3％～54％。脱发与疾病活动指数有关，是疾病加重的非特异性表现，还能预测SLE的复发闻。SLE脱发主要是非瘢痕性脱发，目前关于这方面的研究并不多，分类也不统一。本研究旨在分析SLE非瘢痕性脱发的临床及皮肤镜表现，探讨脱发与疾病活动性、自身抗体及补体水平之间的关系。
