摘要 报告1例SAPHO综合征。患者男,22岁。面部红斑、丘脓疱疹、结节、囊肿3个月余,腰骶、髋关节疼痛活动受限10余年。诊断为SAPHO综合征。 A case of SAPHO syndrome is reported. A 22-year-old man. presented with red macules, papules, nodules and cyst for more than three months. In the past, the patient suffered from pain in the lumbosacral and hip joints for ten years. We diagnosed this case as SAPHO syndrome.
