疏肝祛瘀方对兔膝早期骨关节炎软骨组织形态学影响的研究 被引量:8

The Effect of "Shugan Quyu Decoction" on Rabbit Knee Osteoarthritis Cartilage Histomorphology in Early Stage and Middle Stage

摘要 目的:探讨疏肝祛瘀方对兔膝早期骨关节炎软骨组织形态学的影响。方法:成年健康日本大耳白兔18只,体重2.5~3.0Kg,随机分为正常组、对照组、治疗组各6只,对照组、治疗组通过结扎股静脉造成兔膝骨关节炎早期模型,分笼饲养;8周后,正常组和对照组以生理盐水灌胃4周,治疗组以疏肝祛瘀方("膝舒汤")汤药灌胃4周,然后同时处死各组兔子,取材,观察正常组、对照组和治疗组各层软骨细胞排列及细胞形态、细胞核、细胞质等情况并进行软骨各层厚度测定。结果:正常组与对照组之间,对照组与治疗组之间软骨各层厚度比较P<0.01,说明两者之间有显著性差异。正常组与治疗组之间软骨各层厚度比较P>0.05,说明两者之间无显著性差异。结论:疏肝祛瘀方汤药对兔膝早期骨关节炎软骨的厚度改变影响明显,能改善软骨基质,促进软骨细胞的增殖,从而使损伤的软骨面得以修复。 Objective:To investigate the effect of"Shugan Quyu Decoction"for knee osteoarthritis cartilage histomorphology in early stage.Methods: 18 adult Japanese white rabbits with body weight ranging from 2.5 to 3.0 kg were divided into: the normal group,the control group,the treatment group.The animal models of early stage knee osteoarthritis were made by ligating femoral vein in the control group and the treatment group and then raised alone cage.8 weeks after the operation,rabbits were administrated with physiologic saline infused into the stomach in the normal group,the control group for 4 weeks,the treatment group with Shugan Quyu Decoction(XiShu Decoction),and cartilage cell rank,cartilage morphous,cartilage cell nucleus,cartilage cell-substance,cartilage thickness were examined.Results: The cartilage thickness had significant difference in the normal group and the control group,the control group and the treatment group(P0.01);Then the cartilage thickness had no significant difference in the normal group and the treatment group(P0.05).Conclusion: Herbal medicine as prescription principle"Shuganyu,Huaxiyu"can affect obviously cartilage thickness,improve cartilage matrix,promote cartilage cell generation,restore injured cartilage.
