侧柏叶挥发油的提取及成分分析 被引量:16

摘要 采用超声波协助水蒸汽蒸馏提取法提取侧柏叶中的精油,用GC-MS对精油的化学成分进行了定性定量分析,结果共分离出60多个成分,鉴定出21种化合物,占挥发油总量的80.15%,主要化学成分为烯、醛、醇、酯等多种化合物,其中1-甲基-4-异丙基-4-羟基环戊烯含量最多,其相对含量达到28.44%,其次为α-蒎烯,其相对含量达到22.47%。 Using stream distillation with ultrasound extracted method,the essential oil of leaf of Platycladus orientalis(L.) Franco was extracted.Then,the chemical component of the essential oil was analysed by GC-MS.The results were as followed: more than 60 components were isolated and 21 compounds were identified.The relative content of 1-methyl-4-isopropyl-4-hydroxy-cyclopentene was 28.44%,which was the largest content of total chemical components.Then,the relative content of α-pinene was 22.47%.
