摘要
以野生龙葵果为原料,分别采用常温提取、水浴锅热提取、微波辅助提取、超声波辅助提取4种提取方法,对龙葵果红色素的浸提条件及浸提方法进行了系统研究,通过对4种提取方法的吸光度和得率及试验方法的可行性进行比较分析,筛选出龙葵果红色素的最佳提取方法及工艺条件。结果表明:微波辅助提取法吸光度和得率最高,且提取方法简便易行,提取时间最短,并能保证色素的色泽及其营养价值,是一种经济有效的提取方法。
Using Solanum nigrum fruit as material,the paper used room temperature extaction,heating extaction,microwave assistance extraction and supersonic assistance extraction to research systematicly the extraction conditions and methods of Solanum nigrum red pigment.According to the comparison of optical density,the extraction rate and the feasibility about the four experiment methods,the paper selected the best extraction method ad craft condition.The result indicated that the microwave assistance extraction's optical density and the extraction rate was the largest and it had a easy method,the shortest time.In addition,it preserved the pigment's color and nutritions.Therefore,it was a cheap and high efficiency extraction method.
