水茄根对土壤重金属吸收富集特征的研究

Absorption and accumulation characteristics of heavy metals in the root of Solanum torvum Swartz

测定了水茄主要分布区的药材及其生境土壤中8种重金属元素(As、Cd、Cr、Cu、Hg、Ni、Pb、Zn),分析比较了各种重金属元素在不同地区水茄和生境土壤中的分布规律及不同地区水茄对重金属元素的吸收富集能力。研究结果表明:不同地区水茄根和土壤中重金属元素含量存在着显著差异,不同地区水茄对元素的富集系数差异显著,水茄对不同重金属元素的富集系数也存在着显著差异,对Cu的富集能力最大。

The contents of 8 heavy metals（As、Cd、Cr、Cu、Hg 、Ni、Pb、Zn） in soil and in the root of Solanum torvum growing in different distribution areas were detected according to the provisions of the relevant national standards.The differences in heavy metals distribution and the accumulation indices in different areas were examined with nonparametric tests.The results showed there were significant differences in the heavy metals in soil and plants from different areas.The accumulation indices of heavy metals by Solanum torvum were found significant difference in the distribution areas.And the accumulation indices of different heavy metals by the plant were different,and Cu was found rich in Solanum torvum.
