介绍了基于GIS国土办公图文一体化系统的结构框架、关键技术,重点讨论了图文一体化办公系统中的图与文的数据集成以及功能集成实现方案,最后以佛山市南海区产权产籍信息系统为例,介绍了在国土办公过程,系统采用图文一体化集成技术,严格土地审批与管理,取得了良好的实际效果。

The paper introduced the frame and key technology of land office information system based on workflow technology and GIS integrated with Graphic data and text,and also discussed the design solutions of the data and function integration of this system in detail.At last,with the example of land office information system in Land Resource Bureau of Foshan Nanhai district.we discussed the application of integration of Graphic data and text.
