摘要
采用盆栽试验,在镉、铅污染的土壤中添加不同量的骨粉和沸石后种植菜心,在菜心收获期分别测定菜心生物量、镉和铅吸收量、土壤有效态镉和铅的含量、土壤pH值,分析不同用量的骨粉和沸石对污染土壤镉和铅生物有效性的影响。结果表明,添加骨粉处理均显著提高了土壤pH、EC及有效磷含量,显著降低了土壤中铅和镉的生物有效性和菜心中铅和镉的吸收量,以添加1%的骨粉处理效果最佳。
Pot experiment was employed to study the effects of bonemeal and zeolite on the bioavailability of Cd and Pb in polluted soils.Chinese cabbage were planted in polluted soils.The biomass of edible part of plant,Cd and Pb contents in edible part of plant,soil available Cd and Pb,soil pH were determined when plants were harvested after 40 days' growth.The results indicated that the soil pH,EC and available P increased significantly,whereas Pb and Cd bioavailability in soil,and Pb and Cd contents in edible part of plant decreased significantly after bonemeal was incorporated.The applying dose of 1% bonemeal was the most efficient in reducing Cd and Pb bioavailability.
