白藜芦醇抗柯萨奇病毒作用机理研究 被引量:2

摘要 在非洲绿猴肾细胞(Vero E6)上接种柯萨奇B2病毒,采用细胞病变抑制法(Cytopathic effect inhibition Assay)和四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)法,在预防、治疗和直接作用3种试验模式下探讨白藜芦醇体外对柯萨奇病毒的抑制作用。白藜芦醇体外抗病毒药效显示:(1)预防模式对柯萨奇病毒无抑制作用;(2)治疗和直接作用模式对柯萨奇病毒均有一定程度的抑制作用,且治疗模式(抑制率为71.5%)效果优于直接作用(抑制率为41.5%)。说明白藜芦醇对柯萨奇病毒具有体外抑制作用,其可能通过多个途径抑制病毒在宿主细胞内的复制。 Different concentration of resveratrol was added at different time points(therapy pattern,protection pattern and direct effect pattern) when Vero E6 cell was infected with Coxsackie virus B2,and the antiviral effect of resveratrol was confirmed by cytopathic effect reduction assay and MTT assay.The antiviral effects in vitro showed that the resveratrol had no effect on viruses if the drug was used before virus adsorption,but resveratrol showed that obvious activities against coxsackie virus if treatment after virus adsorption(inhibition ratio ranged from 19.3% to 71.5%) or direct reaction of drug and virus before virus adsorption(inhibition ratio ranged from 27.7% to 41.5%).The antiviral effects of resveratrol on coxsackie virus in vitro might be through multitarget to prevent infection.
