体育院校图书馆科技查新的实践与思考——以北京体育大学为例

针对体育院校图书馆建立体育科技查新站的意义及优势,给合北京体育大学科技查新实践及申报经历,总结体育科技查新的问题和困难,并对如何促进体育科技查新工作进行探讨。体育科技查新工作是体育信息人员以高水平文献检索能力为基础,通过相关文献的筛选和对比分析,并经过检索人员的综合分析研究,正式向政府部门申报体育学科研项目提出新颖性评价报告的指令性和规范性的体育科技情报分析咨询工作。通过分析体育科技查新意义及体育院校图书馆开展科技查新工作的优势,以文献资料分析法,结合北京体育大学图书馆科技查新工作实例,对体育院校图书馆如何进一步促进科技查新工作发展进行思考,得出体育院校图书馆必须从六个方面做出努力做好查新工作。

The paper focuses on the significance and advantage of building sci-tech novelty retrieval station of the library in the sport universities, combines the practice and application experience of the novelty retrieval, summarizes new issues and difficulties and discusses how to develop this work. The sport sci-tech novelty retrieval is based on the high-level document retrieval capacity of the sport information workers. By the selection and comparison of literatures, the workers shall make comprehensively analysis so as to provide consultan_cies to the government with directive and standard sport scientific intelligence analysis of the novelty of the scientific research application. By the case study of Beijing Sport University Library, authors describe the significance and advantage of building the sci-tech novelty retrieval station in the sport universities, and analyze the problems and difficulties of sport novelty, and discuss how to promote the work of sport sci-tech novelty retrieval. And in conclusion it proposes six measures to enhance this work.
